Originally inspired by antique Shaker furniture first found in Suffolk, the collection is rooted in this 18th century movement which emphasised the importance of utility and honesty in design. The Shaker influence is highlighted through the collections classic yet pared back feel and considered design details including turned legs and recessed door panels.
The Suffolk dining table combines a traditional oak top compete with breadboard ends with a more contemporary painted base. Its simplicity reflects the Shaker inspiration, while the details such as the turned legs still give it plenty of character. Comfortably seating between four and six, this farmhouse style table creates a relaxed dining setting. The oak surface is protected with seasoned oak IsoGuard, giving it a subtle silvered finish.
