Good product delivered well and well protected from damage. Assembly of tbel v slightly tricky but pre-assembled chairs v good and comfortable. Suggest that a cover be added as a "standard" option (with a post to help water drainage)?

After being let down by another company, I contacted customer service at Tincleton to check if specific garden cushions were in stock. The man who spoke to me said he would check with the warehouse and call me back. He did this and phoned me back promptly. Ordering was simple and garden cushions were successfully delivered in a few days. The bonus is that they were the cheapest ones that I could find. So win win all round! Excellent service and happy to use Tincleton again.

Goods arrived on time. Quality ok as I’ve ordered from you before. If there is one down side these covers don’t have enough straps to attach to furniture or some are missing. The previous covers had 6-7 these have 5.in this case I’ll modify them. Ps This maybe Bramblecrest new design Regards Trevor
