Barlow Tyrie Apex & Horizon 14 Seater Dining Set

This dining set from Barlow Tyrie comprises of the Apex 390 extending teak table and the Horizon Stacking Armchairs.

The Apex table is beautifully crafted from large sections of teak that give a contemporary, clean and solid line. It is absolutely stunning and is their largest table, seating up to 14 people in style and comfort when extended using its two flipover butterfly leaves that are operated quickly and easily by one person.  It will still seat 10 when the extension system is closed. This table does not have a parasol hole.

The Horizon Stacking Armchairs have a modern contoured frame which compliments the Apex table beautifully and the Textilene® sling adds style and comfort without the need of a cushion. Textilene®, a woven PVC coated polyester yarn.  This material guarantees that the slings are strong, durable, mildew resistant and require the minimum of maintenance.  After rain a light tap and any water simply drops off.  Available in 4 standard colourways. The chairs can also be stacked for easy storage.

As the world's longest standing manufacturer of quality teak leisure furniture, Barlow Tyrie’s teak wood is first grade plantation grown teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced from Indonesia using responsible forestry practices.  Fittings are of marine grade solid brass or stainless steel. 

Teak is a deciduous hardwood tree, it does not come from tropical rainforests, it has a naturally high oil content making it stable and resistant to rotting when exposed to climatic extremes, hence it is considered the premium timber for outdoor furniture.

Teak wood will naturally weather from golden brown when new to a silver-grey patina colour, enhancing its beauty over time.
