Barlow Tyrie Arundel 285cm Rectangular Extending Teak Dining Table

Based on one of Barlow Tyrie’s original designs from the 1920’s, the classic Arundel design extends to seat up to 10 people, and uses a neat and functional double butterfly system to open out from 204cm to 280cm in length. A parasol can be used through this table in both the closed and extended positions. The table is quickly and easily extended using the two flipover butterfly leaves which are easily operated by one person.

As the world's longest standing manufacturer of quality teak leisure furniture, Barlow Tyrie’s teak wood is first grade plantation grown teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced from Indonesia using responsible forestry practices.  Fittings are of marine grade solid brass or stainless steel. 

Teak is a deciduous hardwood tree, it does not come from tropical rainforests, it has a naturally high oil content making it stable and resistant to rotting when exposed to climatic extremes, hence it is considered the premium timber for outdoor furniture.

Teak wood will naturally weather from golden brown when new to a silver-grey patina colour, enhancing its beauty over time.
