Inspired by Arts & Crafts principles, Wycombe puts tactile materials and craft at the forefront. Designs are made from solid oak and woven rush, with refined proportions throughout.

This chair was inspired by a Victorian naval campaign chair, folding down to a compact and storable form. Perfect to be neatly stored, and brought out for larger gatherings alongside the fixed Wycombe chairs in the range. It has a hidden collapsible mechanism, the seat pad hinges up from the front, allowing the sides to fold in, but the backrest remains solid when the chair is folded for structural strength. This versatile version of the Wycombe still retains the same elegant oak frame and traditional woven seat made from paper rush for strength and comfort.
