Maintenance:-
Wood is a living thing! We would suggest avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or temperature fluctuations to avoid cracks. Our oak furniture is either oiled or varnished. Depending on the finish, you'll need to consider other recommendations for the maintenance.
OIL: repels most common substances and fluids. Use a moist towel or sponge with a mild solution of water and natural, non-aggressive soap. Make sure your towel or sponge is not too wet. When the wood starts to feel dry or is stained, we recommend using an oil or liquid wax cleaner for periodic maintenance of wooden floors. Do not use this product daily.
VARNISH: regular cleaning with a mild solution of water and natural soap will do the trick! Please do not sand varnished furniture, as this will damage the protective layer and will thus affect the water and dirt resistance of your furniture.
