Barlow Tyrie Layout DS Armchair with Low Arms (Arctic White)

The Layout collection of modular deep seating from Barlow Tyrie offers many possibilities. Upholstered backs and arms are separate units that can fit on any side of the seating units to create sofas, corner sections, loungers, chairs, ottomans and many asymetric configurations. Designed by award winning international designers Andrew Jones and Nathalie de Leval.

The collection comprises two sizes of upholstered seats and five tables, making small and cosy or grand seating options possible. The refined frames are made from 316 marine grade stainless steel which has been powder coated in a choice of Arctic White or Forge Grey. There are two cushion colour options available as standard - Chalk or Carbon Beige, but other special order colours are available.

Barlow Tyrie’s Layout collection cushions are manufactured using Sunbrella Rain® fabric, a colour fast fabric that is made from durable, all-weather, 100% solution-dyed, Teflon®-coated acrylic fibre. This fabric repels water, but cushions should not be left out in heavy rain for prolonged periods. Sunbrella Rain® fabric has an additional barrier to that of the standard Sunbrella® fabric, which makes the fabric weatherproof and the surface of the cushion quick drying. Although the fabric is waterproof, zips and venting will allow ambient moisture from the atmosphere to enter the cushion. All cushions should be dry before stored.
